The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating. They were able to assist me when I needed to find a clinic for my sick child and even provided me with a packed breakfast for my early morning checkout and flight. The room was small but clean, and I appreciated the complimentary amenities that were provided. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby for shopping and restaurants, as well as a medical clinic and pharmacy. the hotel's proximity to a bus stop made it easy for me to explore the Imperial Palace.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, just a few minutes walk from convenient transportation options. It is also situated close to a massive shopping mall where you can find anything you need. I particularly enjoyed my morning jogs in the area. this modern and new hotel provided excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a satisfying size for the rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. super tidy and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, close to transport and shopping mall. Modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Cute housekeepers. Great value for money. Easily accessible to Olympic arenas and Tokyo Tower.

It provided us with everything we needed after a long day of work. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with the train station and Ariake Garden mall nearby. We particularly appreciated the free bus service to Big Sight and Kokusai Tenjijo Station.
One drawback that we encountered was the check-in process. As foreigners, we were asked to provide our passports and make a copy of our residence card, made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against.

Very helpful staff, even lent us umbrellas during the rain. Private wifi in every room is a nice touch. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Close to Ariake Tennis station and Ariake Garden mall. Convenient parking discount for guests.

One downside is that the staff encourages the use of automated machines for check-in, which can be confusing.
